I truly hope this young horse made it to where it needed to get. Saw it running down the main road past the Cineplex and the Wal Mart. An emblem of the tension between old and new. 

The Gringo-land main drag is "Camino Real" (King's Highway).

These two dogs were not going to let the pony roam far from this spot. Each time it tried to wander they herded it back towards its mother. All the horses here were tied up, but not this little one.
